Secretarial ComplianceThe Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on October 05, 2026, issued circular on Submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on September 30, 2026.

All MCX Members are required to submit the Half-Yearly Networth Certificate and Computation of Networth as on September 30, 2026, by November 30, 2026. Members must continue to comply with the variable networth requirement of 10% of the average daily cash balance of clients retained across segments/exchanges during the preceding six months.

Members registered with NSE are required to submit the certificate only to NSE, which will share the compliance reports with MCX. Other MCX Members must submit the certificate electronically through the MCX Member Portal. In case of any networth shortfall, a revised certificate meeting the minimum requirement must also be submitted along with the original certificate. Non-submission, failure to rectify deficiencies within the prescribed period, or reporting of networth shortfalls may attract disciplinary action and applicable penalties.
